Diamond Suspension

Monocrystalline, Polyscrstalline, & Natural Diamond

We offer a wide range of water-based and oil-based diamond suspensions, tailored to the requirements of specific applications. diamond suspensions are specially formulated to allow for versatility of application by automatic, manual or gravity fed systems. Comparable to Buehler, Struers, Leco & many others. Available form 0.05 to 45 microns, in 125ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1 L, 1 gallon, 5 gallon containers. Our Diamond suspensions are used during the sample preparation stages for fast stock removal and to produce a perfect polished surface ready for analysis. Monocrystalline diamond will provide a good performance for most processes. Polycrystalline diamond is recommend polishing hard or sintered materials. Diamond Paste

Monocrystalline, Polyscrstalline, & Natural Diamond

Our diamond compounds (pastes) are formulated using our tightly graded diamond powders and proprietary carriers for fast cutting action, excellent surface finish and easy cleanup. Comparable to Buehler, Struers, Leco & many others. They are available as natural diamond, synthetic monocrystalline diamond polycrystalline diamond. Available from 0.1 micron to 45 micron diamond sizes. In 5 and 20 gram syringes specifically formulated for metallographic sample preparation and offer a higher concentration of diamond compared with suspensions. They are water soluble and compatible with glycol, water or alcohol based lubricants. Diamond compounds are typically used as a stand alone product or as a "base" before applying diamond suspension to polishing cloths.

Diamond Powder

Monocrystalline, Polyscrstalline, & Natural Diamond

Our diamond powder can be used for grinding, polishing, & lapping applications. We offer natural diamond powder and synthetic diamond powder; monocrystalline as well as polycrystalline in a wide range of sizes from sub-micron sizes (1/10 micron) to a more abrasive size of 80-120 micron. This diamond powder can be mixed with a carrier such as water, oil, extender oil, mineral oil, vegetable oil, or petroleum jelly. It makes an excellent diamond paste. Packaged in 25-carat or 50-carat vials & larger container sizes upon request.
