How SMART CUT™ Works?

First company to develop SMART CUT™ technology, advanced technology that redefines the standard in cutting and drilling. Diamonds are oriented inside matrix, so that every diamond is better able to participate in drilling action. SMART CUT open bond bond design makes sure every diamond is in the right place and at the right time, working where you need it most. You get maximum use of diamond and bond. Find out more..

Electroplated Core Drills

Electroplated Multi-Layered (nickel bonded) core drills Available from inventory in 1/8" to 3" Diameter. Are the most inexpensive, & widely used diamond drills for composite materials. Perfect for smaller drilling requirements. Drilling Life: 350+ holes on most materials.  more >>>

Standard Wall Metal Bond Diamond Core Drills

Used in specialty, high production, and R & D applications. Manufactured in different specifications, OD & ID diameters, drilling depths, bond types, diamond mesh sizes, mountings, and tolerances. To better fit your specific needs & requirementsmore >>>

Universal Diamond Core Drills

Designed for the professional user looking to drill a large number of holes. Available from inventory 1/8" to 6" OD. Will work on most composite materials. Drilling Life: 2,000+ holes. Designed for higher production drilling requirements.   more >>>

Thin Wall Diamond Core Drills

Thin Wall Multi-Layered Electroplated Diamond Core Drills. Provides less loss of material, smoother material surface finish, less chipping & minimizing mater structure deformation associated with drilling. Prefect for Small Production, R & D, of all Composite Materials. Available from inventory in various diameters from 1/8"" to 2-1/2".   more >>>

Thin Wall Diamond Core Drills

Thin Wall Sintered (metal bond) Diamond Core Drills provide precision drilling performance and minimum loss of material. Provides very long life and consistent drilling performance. 1/8" to 12" Diameter. Manufactured to better fit your needs and requirements.  more >>>

Thin Wall Diamond Core Drills

THIN WALL SINTERED (METAL BOND) Diamond Core Drills - Wall Thickness: 0.5mm (.0196") provide, long lasting, faster drilling (RPM), and minimum heat generation performance. All drills are available with either 5/8-11" female thread to fit water swivel adapter Model 5811 or 1/2" gas male thread (belgium mount) to fit water swivel adapter Model 12GF. Available from inventory in various diameters from 1/8" to 2-1/2".   more >>>

Diamond Solid Thin Drills

Electroplated & Metal Bond Diamond Solid Thin Drills are Available from inventory in 0.75mm to 2.5mm. Used for drilling large variety of ultra hard to soft composites & many other materials. Used on: Foredom, Dremel Machines, High Speed Air Spindles, & other equipment running at 9,000+ RPM. more >>>

Diamond Micro Drills

Micro Diamond Drills are available from .001" to .035" in diameter (25 microns and up). Provide most precision drilling performance on alumina, glass, ruby, sapphire, yag, silicon, fused quartz, bk7 and many other materials. Natural Diamond is used for most advanced & optical types of materials. CBN (cubic boron nitride) for materials with high metallic content.  more >>>

Water Swivels & Drilling Accessories

Water Swivel Adapters (Drill head assemblies) & Shank Adapters to provide high pressure of coolant through center of your drills. Increase life of your drills up to 75% & improve surface finish. Available from inventory for any type of drilling equipment.  more >>>

Diamond Drill Coolants

When added to water SMART CUT synthetic water soluble coolant or Mineral Oil will improve your overall diamond drilling operation by as much as 30%. Plain water evaporates at 212 F. Temperature at drilling zones reaches 500 F.  Water evaporates, before it cools diamond drill & Material. Resulting in shorter Diamond Drill Life, Material Damage or micro cracks associated with overheating. Improve Drilling Speed, Increase Drill Life, Improve Surface Finish, Minimize Chipping, Reduce Cracking  more >>>

Diamond Carving Points

Sintered (Metal Bond)

Designed for carving a wide range of ultra hard to soft material into intricate shapes. Over 200 different shapes are available from you to choose from. We also have capability to manufacture any shape, type, size diamond carving points based on your specifications or drawings. Unlike electroplated diamond carving points, metal bond carving points will continue to work as long as portion of the head still remains. more >>>

Dressing Sticks

Sintered (Metal Bond) Diamond Drills should be periodically dressed, in order to rexpose new diamonds. Otherwise, the diamond tool will glaze over. They will begin to tear rather than grind which is very destructive. Tearing caused from unexposed diamonds creates friction. This causes uneven wear and heat cracks in the diamond tool as well as material being drilled. Resulting in premature diamond tool wear, blade tensioning problems, and will eventually destroy the diamond tool. The more a diamond drill is dress the faster and more consistently it will drill.    more >>>
